Terms of Service

Last updated: June 4, 2026

These Terms govern your use of LearnQuest, an early-stage educational technology platform founded by Ella Lukasiewicz.

Educational purpose

LearnQuest is designed to support learning, reasoning, and understanding. It does not replace teachers, professors, tutors, academic institutions, or professional advice.

Artificial intelligence features

LearnQuest provides AI-generated educational assistance. AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular learning objective.

By using AI-powered features, you understand that your inputs may be processed by third-party AI providers, including Anthropic, in order to generate responses.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it. LearnQuest does not guarantee that AI-generated explanations, corrections, learning paths, or feedback will be error-free.

Academic integrity

Users are responsible for following the rules of their school, university, teacher, or professor. LearnQuest is intended to guide reasoning, not to help users cheat or submit unauthorized work.

User content

You remain responsible for the content you upload, submit, or generate through LearnQuest. You should only upload materials you have the right to use.

Beta-stage service

LearnQuest is an early-stage product and may contain errors, interruptions, missing features, or changes. Access may be modified, suspended, or discontinued.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnQuest and its founder are not liable for indirect, incidental, academic, financial, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
